3 dinner plates arrived broken

I just received this 60-pc noritake dinnerware set with gold trimmings. Naturally i was so excited to open the box. It was well packaged. Its box was inside another box. The 1st layer was the cups and upon inspection, nothing was broken. Next i checked the dinner plates. The 1st plate was intact, i was happy. Then when i lifted the 1st plate, i saw the 2nd plate was broken. I was dismayed. Then the same with the 3rd and 4th plates. I was expecting the rest of the plates were all broken, but they weren’t. Also nothing was broken with the saucer, the bread and salad plates. I didn’t want to go the hassle of returning it because it was so heavy plus I tore open the outer box to be able to open the original noritake box. I wish they can do something about it.

Missing cup

Packed very well, but one cup was smashed. I did not want to go through returning the full package for 1 cup.

The set was very classy in person and exactly as described. The set is well worth the money.

Safe in Dishwasher/Microwave use.

Hand washing is still the best option to conserve its gold sheen.

Fantastic
