Great Purchase
My wife and I purchased this anticipating our first child and it has given us the ability to workout in our extremely limited time since his arrival. With the iFit it has been an amazing addition to our routines.

Love this treadmill!!
I have been using the EXP10i since I purchased it in March. I LOVE this treadmill. The runs, jogs, and hikes are so smooth and transition speed and incline/decline so well. I also use the ifit subscription with it, and I have nothing but positive reviews for the programs and trainers.

Broke after 3 months.
It was great for the short period of time that it lasted. The deck cracked after 3 months of use. I am not close to the 300 lb weight limit. I submitted a claim, but after a week I have heard nothing. Rip off.

First impression of the Exp 10i
I'm very happy with my new Nordic Track Exp 10i. I'm enjoying using the programs because they are keeping me motivated and interested in exercising. I do have a few thoughts. First the start has quite a jolt and I have to make sure I'm holding on for the initial movement. It would be nice to have a smoother, gentler start. Second I wish the data from the warm up, program, and cool down were integrated so that I could know what my complete workout data calculations were. That would help my data input to my "lose it" program on my phone.

So far so good
Purchased the Exp 10i about a month ago and so far I’m really enjoying it. Love using the iFIT but since I live in a rural area and and plagued with not so great internet service, sometimes buffering is an issue. Kind of wish the treadmill had some programs built in like my old treadmill did for the days when poor internet is a problem. But so far loving it.

Poor choice
I have a few complaints about this system all having to do with the digital interface. 1. The pad screen stays on all the time. The only way to shut it off is to turn off the main power. 2. The unit then take 2-3 minutes to turn back on. In fact it takes an inordinate amount of time to do anything e .g. Store a workout. 3. Switching account requires playing with a tiny icon and selecting from a small pull-down menu. Really, why isn’t this on the Home Screen (that is on all the time) 4. In two months I have had to reboot the system from scratch and then restart accounts. The process takes 20 minutes if you are lucky. And it requires 2 people to initiate. Why? This isn’t a dangerous process that requires some sort of buddy system for safety concerns. Overall, this is a poorly designed system and I would gladly return it if it were at all practical to do so. I highly reccomend looking elsewhere.

Well worth it
We upgraded from a much older treadmill and I wish I would have done it years ago. The iFit capability makes it even better. I almost went with a different model that did not incline as much or decline. I'd highly recommend going with the larger range because it makes for a better experience when using iFit. I did have trouble with the heart rate monitor that came with it, it never connected and was frustrating. I purchased my own and have no problems.
