[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this vitamins. Pills are not too big to swallow. They don't have any smell or taste, or even aftertaste. Good amount of Magnesium for each p ill (500mg). Also bottle have enough for 2 months. I only been taking them for a month (with other supplements), but i feel like it does help me to be more relaxed.

It’s okay

One capsule takes care a lot

New daily supplement

I’m not sure I felt much different while taking the capsules, I didn’t notice any change to my sleeping habits or anxiety levels. I’ll keep taking them since there were no negative effects from them!

Game changer

I take one with my dinner or late night snack and I feel extremely relaxed. I’ve always had issues with not being tired at night but now that doesn’t seem to happen.
