Good for Daily Use

The green tea capsules are easy to take and very helpful. I don’t like green tea and I know it is good for you. So it is nice it is in a capsule form. I have been going to the gym, changing my diet, and taking these and have seen a big improvement!

Does it work? Who can say? I've never lost weight or fat with any of these kinds of products. The green tea may have provided a small boost of energy.
