Great improvements

This grill was a warranty replacement. The new features (link to a phone app) make grilling/smoking so much easier. I can see the status of what is in the grill while I am doing other prep in the kitchen. 2 thumbs up Ninja!

Difficult to use…would not recommend

I spent a lot on this small grill, thinking it would be the easiest to cook with, but it’s been a disappointment. There are hardly any recipes available, and you can’t really grill with the lid open because it loses heat quickly, making it hard to get the temperature back up. It didn’t even come with a recipe book, or any helpful hints…just a few ideas. Overall, it’s been very challenging to cook on. I’ve ended up covering it, storing it in the garage, and using a small portable gas grill instead when cooking for myself, rather than bringing out my large Egg grill. They make it look so easy on the TV ads, but it’s not! Save your money!

Solid product!!!

I bought this grill several months ago. Love It. It unfortunately was caught in the aftermath of Helene and took a tumble. Several parts broke off and it looks a little crooked but this machine fired right up!! Have used it numerous times since then. Great product.

Pure AWESOMENESS!!!

I Absolutely love my new Ninja 7 in1 grill. It's a real game changer if you live in a apartment that only allows electric grills. The time and temperature vary from their grilling chart so keep a close eye until you figure out your happy place. I nailed my 1st New York, the perfect grill marks and medium rare. Clean up is a whiz. The food comes right off the grill effortlessly. Highly recommend.

So quick and easy to use!!

Used this several times and always turns out perfect! Steak, pork, chicken and hamburgers were all so good!! excellent smoke flavor and done so quickly. Very happy!!
