Will not last. Stay away!
Bought it a couple of months ago and it's already coming to its end. The trigger nubs in the cup are being chewed up by the vibrations and the holes where the trigger nubs go are also getting mangled. Now it won't run unless I hold the cup in a perfect spot. Shame... I have a bunch of Ninja products and this is the first one that feels wasn't tested probably. I'll look into to warranty but I really don't want another one of these, it'll just die in a few months too.

The absolute BEST EVER THING IN DA WORLD!!!!
This is such a great product and I have been waiting forever for this because this guy I follow uses it and has so many recipes for it. Also, all his smoothie recipes are smoothie bowls but you don't have to add ice if you want it liquid. https://www.youtube.com/@smoothieflip

I love it, very versatile
Works great but cleaning issue with rubber gasket
I bought this blender a few months ago. I noticed after some use that there was something left on the cup after washing. The screw part with the blades. I researched it & there is a rubber gasket & it gets dirty & you need to clean it out. How come it’s not listed in the manual as a part? I noticed mold on it too. How come you can’t order it? This is a consumer compliance issue.

Great but not reliable
I bought it two months ago and it’s already broken, we didn’t drop it or anything. We use it everyday to make our breakfast smoothies and it’s great I’m just disappointed that It broke so fast!

I purchased this at the beginning of the year and it's still a great appliance. I use this everyday for my smoothies and shakes. It blends very well.

A Brilliant and Revolutionary Upgrade
Daily protein smoothies in my old blender were a chore, so I investigated a replacement. The Ninja TWISTi HIGH-SPEED Blender DUO has been a brilliant and revolutionary change. The upgrade is incredible; my old 800-watt Oster simply can't compare to the 1600 watts of power in the Twisti. With the old machine, I'd have to add my ingredients in batches, stop constantly to scrape unmixed powder from the sides, and container was so heavy that pouring and washing it was a literal pain in my back. The magic is the built-in Twisti tamper. I no longer have to stop and scrape anything down. As it blends, I can just twist the tamper and it pushes everything perfectly into the blades. My morning routine is now completely streamlined, saving me so much time—a truly valuable commodity. I use the two included cups to batch prep my smoothies for the day. I add everything at once, turn it on, and walk away. Just 45 seconds later, the program is finished, and I have a perfectly smooth, fully-blended smoothie with no clumps or powder on the sides! I can store one for later and the cup goes right back on the machine for a quick re-spin so it's fresh when I'm ready for it. Beyond smoothies, it also makes amazing 'nice cream'—so much easier and faster than using my bulky food processor. On top of the flawless performance, the design is just smart. The cup is lightweight, easy to handle, and a breeze to clean. I'm not exaggerating when I call this the greatest invention. It has taken all the frustration out of a daily task I rely on. If you make thick smoothies or bowls and are tired of the blend-scrape-blend cycle, this is the solution you've been looking for. Highly recommended!
