Excellent Product & Amazing Customer Service

These are the pros for the Ninja Master Prep: Easy to use, the motor is on the top (not the bottom), it has 2 sizes of bowls, it is compact, it does a great job, and it is an excellent price. These are the cons: Only slightly difficult to clean. That's it. I'm happy with this product and most of all the customer service is amazing! I did have a problem when I got it but customer service went above and beyond to satisfy. You can't beat that!! I'm pretty sure I will be purchasing the Ninja Creami once it is back in stock all because of how well I was treated by customer service.
