Not amazing
The noise that comes out of this blender is absolutely deafening to the point where it puts me off using it. Other than that it so so, it doesn’t deal as well with anything frozen or with thicker substances but it is alright.

Loud click noise and it stopped working.
Loud click noise and stopped. The cup stuck with liquid filled now leaking. Unable to disconnect the cup. Dead. Obviously it is very noisy and shaky.

Superb and well made
I've had my Ninja for over 10 years and its still working perfectly! I use it daily to make iced smoothies and soups (cold) which always turn out non lumpy. Would recommend.

Stopped working
Purchased in May of this year (approx. 5 mo.). Used, maybe 4 times. Has stopped working.

Stupid Lid
Fine on the rare occasions it works without splashing everywhere like an enraged maniacal painter using a turbo-powered sprinkler to blast all your decor with smoothie contents. Fix the freaking lid tech.

Does not last, and replacement parts may not fit
I bought 2 months ago, and decided to order an extra blade. Turns out, if you have the female fins blade, they don't make a replacement. Now I only have the one and when it dies, the whole blender will go in the trash. This will be my last Ninja product. I tried to add a photo, but the site would not allow it.

Best chopper hand blender!
Best chopper hand blender! I use it to make milk shakes and coffee Ninjachinos! So powerful and the various cup accessories make it so easy. Dishwasher safe, which I love. Easy to clean and store. It is very loud, so something to think about if you are sensitive to high pitched sounds. The one I have is the original so maybe the newer ones are quieter. This thing continues to run great though and I live how stable it is in my counter during use. Love all thibgs Ninja!
