Started off great and a month in it’s so LOUD.

Bourbon this right before Mother’s Day and it worked great. Now it’s really loud like a chain saw. Not to happy with it for the price .

Good but for the lukewarm coffee output

I have been enjoying this product, except for having to warm up the espresso in microwave after pulling each shot, before adding the milk foam. Is it just me or does anyone else have this issue? I will be reaching out to CS to see what they can do to correct.

Very Disappointing Product

I bought this product in November last year and already does not work. It’s great? yes. Durability? terrible. very cheap made product. Not it won’t recognize the portafilter anymore. Not to mention the funnel being chipped off. It makes noise now. Stay away from it.

Cool technology assisted amazing cup of coffee/esp

This unit assists on line to yield a cup of coffee or espresso with the right grind, the right amount of coffee, and the right temperature. Fairly straightforward to figure out the “how to”. Learning the maintenance is more difficult. And it’s one cup at a time. Not practical for 12 guests sitting at your dinner table, so get an inexpensive “group pit” if needed. But this machine is very cool, and the coffee is amazing!

Very good machine!

This unit does everything you said it does. I’ve been in commercial beverages in and out of restaurants in NY and now Florida since 1990 and for a home unit…it works great. I am very happy with this purchase!
