Didn't Hold Up

I was really enjoying this coffee maker and then after 4 months it stopped regulating the amount of water that flowed. If you put 50 ounces in the reservoir, it doesn't matter what setting, you got all 50 ounces of water.

Disappointed

We bought this coffee maker based on review sites that praised the quality of its coffee. We have been disappointed with the taste of coffee brewed by this machine. It is a well designed machine but unfortunately the coffee is no better than the cheaper maker we had before.

Does everything right, including it's size

Totally pleased and delighted. This makes coffee that I really like, particularly the "rich" setting. I'm very experienced w coffee making and this truly works for me and reduces the labor involved. I wish there were less plastic, perhaps something to look forward to in the future?

Nice coffeemaker love the over ice feature

Purchased this as a treat to myself to replace a single brew coffeemaker. Machine was easy to set up and understand. Really did not need instructions except for brew modes and how much coffee you get as to not overflow my coffee mugs. The coffee tastes great I prefer the bold mode my wife likes regular. May take some time getting to know many scoops you like for strength. The over ice is a great way to enjoy an iced coffee which will get more use in Summer.

Excellent coffee maker! Purchased one for personal use, loved it so much I purchased a second for my mother for her birthday. We needed a new coffee maker for work, so I purchased one for work. Everyone loved how easy and fast it brewed. The multiple size options were a real hit since we do not have to make an entire pot of coffee if someone wanted a late afternoon cup of coffee. The Ninja was so easy and less mess than our old "grind and brew", we decided to purchase another and to replace the second "grind and brew" coffee maker. The Ninja Hot & Iced XL Coffee Maker has been a real game changer at work, home and my parent's house. Plus, it doesn't take up as much counter space since the depth is not as much as a standard coffee pot. TIP: I read some reviews before we purchased our first Ninja about the coffee tasting like plastic. I have never had that problem with any of the four I have purchased. The secret is to wash the plastic water bin with soap and water, run two full pots of half vinegar, half water and then two plain water pots before making a cup of coffee. This last one I purchased, I only did one pot of half vinegar and half water, then one plain water pot. No plastic taste. You will not regret buying the Ninja.

Took a few tries to get the strength how I like it, especially single serve,but it's rocking now!

XL NINJA COFFEE BREWER

The XL Ninja Coffee Brewer is a 5 Star for myself and my Son . I can make my Own Hot Coffee any size I want and I brew a 28 oz half pot of Coffee for myself and he can brew his XL Coffee Mug for his ICED Coffee ! He likes his Coffee Strong and he Love the different settings !!

Bad water flow from filter

I bought the Ninja Hot & Iced coffee maker in September of 2023. Loved it for the first 9 months, but now not so much. Most of the time I use the travel size when brewing my morning coffee, but when it is finished it always leaves about an inch of water in the filter. I close the flow, wait a few seconds and then open it back up and a little bit will come out, so I do this several times to get all the water out of the filter. Help!! Other than this I love this machine.
