I can't find a support

I bought this product an year ago, and now it stopped working. The processor doesn't work good. The slices are bigger than usual. I send an email looking for help, but nobody answered my questions. The product is very good, but doesn't have a serious support. About the design, the processor lid is really impossible to be clean.

It does a great job but has a major flaw

I love the Ninja; however, the single serve cup leaks. Since purchasing the system in March, I've went through 3 cups. I came to the website hoping to find other Ninja cups that are compatible with the system but without the FreshVac seal on it. No luck. If the answer is here somewhere, it's not obvious.

Significant downgrade from previous generation

I had to return my prev generation of this kitchen system due to engine issues but I wish it could be just repaired. This model has much worse built accessories, lower quality and MOST HORRIFIC narrow cup This narrow cup immediately made all smoothies worse in quality and much more difficult to blend. Not mentioning that several additional cups I already had are not compatible. Vacuum is, unfortunately, just useless

Did I get a lemon or is it just not awesome?

Purchased this on a friends recommendations for making smoothies with spinach. Needed enough power to pulverize spinach & frozen fruit without getting bogged up on blades. Used once for frozen drinks & worked well. Ever since (about 8 months) I have only used for smoothies 2-3/day, 6-7 days/week. If I use the vac, it smells like the motor is burning as I blend. If I don't use the vac, no smell but....in single serve cup some bogging of spinach but not too bad, in pitcher I get the most airy, cloud like product that within 30 min has reduced in size by 1/2 & separates along with chances of spinach that are not pulverized. Not sure if I just got a lemon or if this product is just not good. Also, washed the cup in the dishwasher & it melted. I have washed it multiple times this way with no problems but this last time did it in. Now I can't use the cup at all because I can't get the cover on. Also, the machine is VERY LOUD. I really wanted to love this machine but it is now just an expensive, useless dust collector

Not thrilled

Haven’t even had it a year and it stops working. Only used it a handful of times and suddenly it no longer wants to register the blender or food processor!
