I was so excited to have ordered the ninja coffee maker since we have been a Keurig family for many year now. I just received my package and when I open it the package has been open and retapped. At no time did I order an open box or refurnished idea. Macys you could’ve did so much better!!

Love all of the features that are built in.

We have had our new Ninja dual brew coffee system for about two weeks now. We love how hot the coffee is and the great taste of ice tea when making from the Ninja dual brew. Figuring out how to use all of the options that are on this system has been a little difficult, but once we figured it out, it is now so easy. We love this Ninja Dual Brew Coffee System.

Was good but now not good

Had since November 2024 and the pump just failed. Was good/great but it’s now doesn’t work, and I do a fairly good job at maintaining the machine.

Boiling water

Love the extras on this compact duo coffee machine. The ease of access to hot and boiling water, with the separate port, is very convenient. The frother is fun also.

I've had the Ninja DualBrew for a couple of years now, and love the versatility of it! It makes the perfect cup every time, it's low maintenance and very easy to clean. If you follow the instructions you won't have any splashing. I've never had that happen to me, and reading some of the comments it sounds like something isn't attached properly.
