DON’T BUY
Loved this until the one year mark when it started breaking. The espresso side doesn’t brew espresso at all anymore. It just pours out hot dirty water. I wish I saw the reviews before I bought this because I would not buy this again. So disappointing.

Great Coffee Maker
I've always ground my coffee before each brew but the flavor from this coffee maker just tastes so much better than my other one. Also, the built in frother is a great feature & I use it all the time.

Love it, but wish it kept smaller brews warm
I absolutely love all Ninja products — everything I own from the brand works perfectly for me. The coffee maker is no exception: it’s modern, practical, and offers a convenient 2-in-1 function. The only downside is that the coffee only stays warm when I brew at least 28 oz. I’m not sure if it’s a limitation of the machine or if I just haven’t figured out the programming, but unfortunately, I end up having to make 28 oz of coffee every day even when I don’t need that much. Other than that, it’s simply wonderful. My rating: 9.5/10.

Don’t waste your money
The espresso part broke after 6 months! I wasted so much money on pods! I thought it was the pods or maybe the machine needed cleaning unfortunately that didn’t correct the problem. The issue is the pod no longer get punctured and just hot water comes out !

I will never purchase Ninja Products again
I bought this machine at the beginning of the year and everything seemed to be going fine, Until it started shorting out resetting the time, and not brewing full pots. When I called the tech line, there was anything they could do to help me get it up and running again. Not only will it take 5-10 days to get the replacement which is covered under my warranty but that I would need to pay the shipping charge to use the warranty. These are already fairly expensive pieces of equipment compared to other things on the market so I really hope the shipping charge is worth losing a customer for life.

Great for a little while.
Let me preface this with I own at least 7 ninja/shark products and love this company. This is the only product we have ever had an issue with. We loved this machine for the first year. It worked flawlessly and all of the features were spectacular! Then that year mark hit and it started having a harder time. The lever action on the pod side was very hit or miss. Sometimes it wouldn’t pierce the pod fully to brew and would give you half a cup of what looked like tea and the rest of the water would flow into to pod disposal compartment. This problem continued until the pod side was completely useless. I have regular descaled and cleaned this machine and took immaculate care of it. Called and spoke to the troubleshooting and they can not fix that part and since we are outside of the one year warranty they offered us 30% off a new machine of the same variety. Why would I want the same machine with a known problem????

For this Price - find something better.
We have had this for less than 2 years. The espresso maker only produces watery espresso now. We have a ton of water leaks, constant maintenance and no warranty after 1 year. It’s leaking water into the scrap espresso container. It’s just been issue after issue with this unit, for an overpriced coffee machine.

Couldn’t be happier
We love this machine. We wanted to add an expresso machine and upgrade our coffee pot without giving up the whole pot feature or getting 2 separate appliances. This machine does it all. Full pot to any size regular coffee AND a pod feature for making espressos lates and cappuccino. I also love how easy it is to refill the tank. No more filling the pot and pouring into a tiny opening. We have had this machine several months and no issues. Another nice feature is the flat back so it fits against the wall nicely.
