Excellent Coffee Maker

Purchased about a month ago. This coffee maker is very user-friendly, as well as versatile. I have enjoyed making many different sizes of coffee drinks. One thing I will say is that the espresso side does not work with some off-brand, cheaper capsules.

If you want an espresso machine, buy one of those

Espresso maker broke in month, warranty requires you to destroy the product and wait 1-2 weeks without coffee. Never buying ninja again

Cheap & Messy Machine. Consistent Faulty Dripstop.

I've had 3 of these machines in 3 years after having 2 replaced for warranted problems. My wife likes the espresso pod and frother, so I try to keep giving it chances, but they are all the same. The dripstop feature works slightly in the beginning and fails quickly over a short period of time. If you like strong coffee, get used to cleaning up messes frequently. If you fill the filter compartment even half way, the grounds overflow and get all over the bottom of the lid and sometimes drip onto the top of the pot. Unfortunately a very cheap and disappointing machine. Most certainly not worth the cost. I had the CM371 years ago. and it's far superior as a coffee maker, but does not have the espresso feature. However, I would advise avoiding this brand of coffee maker altogether.

Best coffee maker out there

Great coffee maker, just perfect for everything, I’ve been using this machine for about a year now and perform perfect every time and we make coffee every morning and evenings so for couples of time at day for a year and not give me any issue is more than enough

Engineering flaw on nespresso side

Love the brewed coffee side of the machine but the espresso side was definitely engineered upside down where the pod is placed. It doesn’t line up and lip is on the top side of where the pod sits instead of on the bottom. So you have to manually try from the top and bottom to get the pods in the exact spot. I have called for support there response was try different pods which I did same problem. It is just an engineering flaw. So if you getting this machine to enjoy the espresso side don’t do it you will get very disappointed. If the actually heads of this company tried to use the espresso side on one taken out of the box they would see what I am talking about. Not one they have in the lab because I believe the inside was built upside down.

Didn’t last past 2 months

I loved this machine, it did everything I wanted…..for 2 months. Then the pod side stopped working completely. Why can’t companies make a machine that lasts a decent amount of time??!

Decent Machine For Nespresso

Nespresso Side Was Good! But Ground Coffee I Make Was Aweful Taste Like Sludge. I know it wasn't my water or coffee ground. Like the frother
