Bad design

First of all you can’t drink out of it without plastic piece that opens touching your nose. It doesn’t mix well and you cannot take off base because there is no cover. It is not powerful enough for a decent smoothie. This model is a waste.

Great features

The Ninja Blender has worked extremely well. My other one broke and I called the company and they replaced my blender. It’s been great to use it again.

Portability!!

I bought this about a month ago. I enjoy the portability. Sometimes my frozen strawberries get lodged between the blades and they won’t rotate. Easy fix by opening blender up and stirring fruit around.

Thumbs down for me :(

I’ve had this blender for almost a year and am tempted to throw it away. It’s always had a really bad battery life (dies after one use), it gets jammed constantly, and is such a pain to clean each time. I was really excited about this purchase at first, but it’s just become a headache to use. Enough so for me to go out of my way to write a review about it. Bummer.

The charger doesn’t last !! I changed it twice and still stopped working and tore the second time and I am a very gentle person . Will not buy again in future .

Excellent blender

really love my blender because it’s small enough for me, blends really well, which I really love! And it’s easy to clean!

Works great!

I received this as a gift and it's really nice. It's easy to use and the charge lasts for a while. It stopped working after 5 months of use, so they sent me a new one, so that was nice, so make sure you register it in case this happens.

Wanted to love but dont

I wanted to love this portable blender for smoothies but ended up hating it. The battery power is weak and it takes forever to charge the battery. So it you can get the blender to work, you have a short time to try to blend your frozen and liquid ingredients beige the battery quits. I like the concept but the reality is that it is not a useful too.
