Terrible

I ordered a gift off the bridal registry and it was erroneously sent to the bride’s family. I now have no gift to bring to the shower and I have to inconvenience the groom to pick it up out of state because Macys could not fix the mistake. Terrible customer service. Will never order here again.

Ninja BL770 Mega Kitchen appliance

I bought this appliance just this April 2025 from Macy's online and it looked nice. I opened the box to check if the cups were in good condition. Everything was okay except that the smoothie cups were small in size than the one I'm using now but it's nice. I haven't tried to use it yet but I'll say I trust that it will work as it should, there won't be any leakage from under any of the cups. I am confident that everything is ok. This is my 6th Ninja blender that I would be sending to my extended family overseas, they love it. I don't want to take it outof the box entirely because I am shipping this one overseas as well. The only reason I gave it 4 🌟 is because of the sizes of the smothie cups and the price. The star money rewards somehow reduced the price but I feel the price could have been lower by a fwe $ more.

No description for the machine burn out

This product is very good. It is fast and mixes very finely. It is easy to use, but there is only one thing: there are no photo how many food you can make. Also, this product does not say how many minutes it can be used. If you use it for too long at a time, the machine will burn out. There is no such description.
