Sizing is way off

I have been and still am a size 5 in dress shoes. However, I could not fit my feet into these shoes. Not only did I struggle to get my feet in them, but once I had them on, everything was so tight. I have been a fan of Nine West for over 20 years, but this is the second pair of shoes that have been a miss. It seems the sizing only changed with them because I am a 5 in all other shoe brands.

Color is deceiving

The color is not well described. It is not a light tan. It’s brown. Very deceiving. Had to return.

Opening the box for the first time, the shoes had clearly been worn. They were sticky on the bottom and had hair stuck to them.

Cute, but small cut

It’s been a while since I’ve purchased a nine W. shoe, primarily because the quality had declined over the years. Macy’s had a great sale, so I decided to give it a shot. These were super cute, but cut so small they were uncomfortable. I ended up returning them.

Macy’s is tacky

Show runs a whole show size too small. Macys would not let me exchange. I’m dissatisfied and disappointed in Macys. Also in Nine West. I can’t even buy the shoe now because I bought it on sale and it isn’t on sale anymore. Their return thru mail process is ridiculously slow. They also don’t credit back your gift card. Instead they credit a new gift card and after you have waited the 10 day process for return, they then make you wait 2 weeks to get the refund in your new gift card they sent thru snail mail.
