Arrived with scratches on the leather

Evidently, these have been tried on and walked in before. Not on the street, but the leather at the top is scratched by the "button" on the other side of the boots. Also, as a note, I believe these run slightly small. I have also ordered a half size larger, but they have not arrived yet.

Scuffed bad after 1 wear, especially heels

For the price paid I expected better quality. The foot and heel exhibited noticeable scuff marks after 1 wear in an office setting that would not wipe off.

So pleased!

I wasn't sure how this boot would fit since I usually get an 8.5. I wanted to wear thick socks since it's gotten very cold this winter in South Carolina (2024) so I ordered a size 9. There's at least an 1/2 inch left in the toe after putting on warm socks and the leather is so wonderfully soft. I was so pleased that I bought another pair in brown.
