good product

It’s a very cute bag, but the stitching is really poor that one of the pockets is already coming apart.

disappointed

The bag is fine but the finish touches are horrible , terrible sewing work , not sure how it passed quality control . I throw away the package so I can’t return it but it will be taken to the show repair guy to fix the issues . Very disappointed . Maybe that’s why it was on sale in the Macy’s app .

Very disappointed

It was a Christmas gift for my mother. It was taking so long to deliver so I ended up buying something else for her. I called customer service and tried to cancel my order but they messed up big time. After a while I noticed my bank account that they charged me and the product never arrived. Its status shows delivered in my macy’s account but I never received the product. When I complained such things occurred the customer service rep lied to me and never refunded my money.top of that they blocked the case for some reason and now I am still waiting for the result. The customer service rep not trained enough and they barely can solve the problem.

Stuck with Not impressed

What can I say? Just wasn’t impressed with this purchase. It’s big and bulky, I feel if the material wasn’t so stiff it would have been better. But I’m stuck with it since I procrastinated too long on sending it back.

Very Nice

Great size without being to large. Nice feature that the center zips closed for more security, while sides allow easy & quick access to frequently needed items. Color green very pretty, blends well with everything. Would recommend.

Great all around handbag!!

Love my new Etta shoulder bag! Soft, Lightweight, sits on my shoulder comfortably(and stays!) with dual handles and best part is the organization features including a zipper compartment! Packaged beautifully- Souch a great bag I ordered another in a different color for Fall! Well done.
