Bad customer service never got the correct color

Macy’s sent me the wrong color 4 times . To the point I just gave up on trying to receive the correct color customer service is horrible . No one bothered to address the issue that was clearly in the warehouse

i have ordered this boot three times.. they keep sending me..the black and i ordered the black and beige!!!! I dont understand... what is the problem!!!??
