Boots that never came.

Ordered boots 11/24. Charged my card on 11/25. Received an ups shipping number. However after a week no movement on ups. Still label created but ups had no package. Called customer service for multiple times and was told that a new shipment would be processed and I would receive the boots on or about 12/12. Well today my I received an email from Macy’s telling me my credit card was credited for the boots with no other explanation or notification as to the reason. Terrible experience.

Didn’t Work For Me

Sadly, they did not fit. I’ve never had a problem with the zipper not closing, but in this case I did. Had to return.
