Classy!

Perfect size! I really love the chain crossbody strap. The purse is a little heavy, but I don’t carry many things, so I’m keeping it! It’s pretty!

the bag that I received stitch was coming apart at the lower corner seam! so be sure to look over the product especially it you don't plan to use it right away, my return deadline passed before I saw it!

Poor quality material on handle

After 5-6 weeks the handle has started to deteriorate! Customer service is unable to help because it is over 30 days!

Shipping terrible

item okay but delivery untimely. Item had to only travel 300 miles, but it took nine days. All Macys and the USPS website showed was item was delayed. When the box arrived, there were dents in the box and the packing tape was ripped. I was concerned the bag was gone or damaged. Luckily it was still there.
