Poor quality

After less than 5 months of using the purse, the shoulder straps started peeling. When I contacted customer service and after providing all info and pictures, they refused to honor it.

I bought this for my summer bag. I love the pattern. It's a perfect size to carry essentials and it has a lot of room for what i need.

SMALL!!!

Not as shiny in person. Beautiful bag. It's really small, smaller than pictured on the mannequin. Barely fits a laptop. The interior pockets and zippers are useful in helping you pack well

Beautiful Bags!!

I bought 2 of tthese bags for my cousins for christmas and had to return them because they both had them already. Popular item and I can see why! Great quality and beauriful design plus Macy's prices cannot be beat.
