Zipper is awful
Like the bag but the zipper is terrible. I have had the item for less than two weeks and will likely stop using it bc I have to fight with the zipper every time I try to close the pockets.
Spacious purse 👜
The bag fits a lot of items inside; spacious and cute. However, the zippers tend to get caught often when you open it all the way. Besides that, I really like it; it's very versatile and fits with every outfit.

Good size but not the best quality
I liked the size of the bag but did not like the quality - particularly the zipper. The zipper worked fine for the first week and then got stuck in the open position and would not close.
perfect crossbody
I love the soft texture of this nine west crossbody bag. Very useful, it can hold small wallet, phone keys, hand cream etc.
