cheap, cheap, cheap

feels like a trash bag with a zipper, except the trash bag would do a better job at keeping you dry in the rain.

Nice Fit

Nice, loose fitting rain jacket. Was exactly what I needed. Material is thin, good for summer weather, but loose enough to wear in colder weather.
