Do not waste your time shopping at Macy’s. You will be forced to endure their rotten to the core customer svc agents. Macy’s must do extensive background checks, how else could they get such malicious employees working for them & in the credit dept?!?! “John” right! Time to listen to “John’s” incoming calls from the credit card dept”. You cannot even reach a supervisor at Macy’s, the employees will leave you hanging, deliberately. DISGUSTING, Macy’s USED TO BE a respectable place to shop. File a complaint, forget it! Where?! How?! Exactly like they want it, but JOHN is always available to answer the phone & RUIN YOUR DAY! Good times spent on the phone with him!!!

Ordered this dress for my daughter. when it finally came in the mail, I opened up package and the dress was not inside. Instead there was a Nike long sleeve top which is clearly not the dress that was ordered. Disappointed.
