I personally prefer fit of Metcon 4 (over Metcon 5)

When it was time to replace my Metcon 4, I bought both Metcon 5 and Metcon 4 in the same size at the same time. Metcon 5 is a lot roomier overall but more so in the toe box area. I prefer the Metcon 4 as it gives me the stability I need for both cardio and strength exercises I do. Please do not discontinue Metcon 4.

I was skeptical about these and if they would actually make a difference. The stability they give and support is absolutely amazing. I’m so impressed I sad I waited so long.

super cute and comfortable

These are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! It's cute, flexible, lightweight, and comfortable on my feet. I also get a lot of compliments on the shoes whenever I wear them to the gym. I really hope more shades of these shoes drop and Nike continues to make them. Because, as someone who has tried both Free Metcon 4 and 5, I think Free Metcon 4 is more stylish, more comfortable, provides greater ankle support, and is lighter compared to 5. I will definitely buy another pair as a backup. (But I really hope for additional colours to drop.) I wear my shoes for weight lifting, walking, and cardio, and I also wear them while travelling. I got my usual size (7), and it fits like a glove! If you are in between sizes definitely size up because these shoes are quite snug and can be difficult to put on, but once they are on your feet, your feet will be very happy! I???d recommend these shoes to everyone!

Too hard to get on

I read the reviews and went up a half size. I usually wear a 7-1/2 or 8 medium width and purchased an 8-1/2. Once you get these shoes on, they feel great, but dang, it???s too much trouble to get them on. For this reason alone, I returned them.

super comfortable & cute but they are a little snug. I’m usually a 7.5 and got a 7.5. There is still wiggle room for the toes but if you have wider feet id definitely size up

This a very comfortable show for working out. The shoe is very lite, and durable. The sole of the shoe is designed to support your ankle.

Great shoes for everyday gym but material did not hold for a year

Loved these and the comfort for my wide and flat feet. Worked out great for me with HIIT classes and lifting. Unfortunately after 11 months the fabric started to tear on the side and toe. I went with a Metcon 5 to replace my old 4 but the 5 was somehow more uncomfortable for my heels and arch. I will repurchase the 4 for comfort, hopefully a different pairs material will withhold Better because the Metcon 5s were disappointing but 4s were all around comfortable.

wrong color sent

They sent me a completely different color that’s even not shown on the website?? I ended up giving to my mom because I don’t want to go to the store to return. The shoes are very comfortable though!
