Other occasion to buy:Product was fine, Macys and customer service is absolutely awful. No wonder they’re going out of business.

Never buy anything from Macys.

Jersey itself was fine, but Macys was absolutely horrible. Was supposed to be delivered in 3 - 6 days. By day 7 it hasn’t even shipped. Chatted with support and they informed me it could be cancelled and that they would cancel it for me. Two days later I got an email that said it was back ordered and I needed to call to request cancellation. I called, they said they would cancel it and I would receive a confirmation email in 24-48 hours. The next day, I got an email that said it shipped. So I called back and the representative assured me it was cancelled and the shipping no email was just an error. About 4 days later it showed up on my door step. I called in and the representative said it was never cancelled, only requested. I asked why 3 different people told me it was cancelled and not to worry about it and there was no answer. My closest store is 30-45 minutes away. I took it in there only to find out the store won’t accept returns because they’re closing. Had to call back again to get a label to return ship it back and they tried to charge me $10 for the label. Long story short, assume everything customer service tells you is a lie just to get you off the phone. They don’t help, only tell you what you want to hear and except the next person to pick up the pieces.

Late delivery service

The promised delivery time wasn't in order on what they said they would. Product arrived 8 days later. Had to call and get info for the delay and they just said it was on back order.

Save your money

I ordered this and was so excited to have it arrive in time for the NFC Championship game. I opened the package & when I held it up, I knew immediately it was going back. I understand the jerseys have iron on patches for the letters & numbers, but is it hard to get the name level on the name plate? Instead of wearing this Sunday to cheer on the Eagles, I’ll be stopping at my local store to return this.
