nice shoes, but clearly sent me a return

Ordered 2 pairs for gifts. One pair brand new, the other pair you can tell were worn, creased, dirty soles, and soles were worn down. Surprised Macys even allowed the return. terrible to pay for new shoes that aren’t new, should’ve have been marked down as a “final act “ since it was obviously worn.
