Always a great purchase during the holiday season. This was purchased for my little brother.

Two different shoes

I received horrible customer service. I bought these shoes for my sons 15th birthday which was on November 29th. I purchased them 2 weeks before his birthday and immediately wrapped them for his special day. We'll when he opened it he was so excited then shortly realized they were not only 2 different shoes in different sizes but two left feet as well. We had to take a long trip back to Macys just to be met with attitude as if we are the ones who made the mistake. I asked if there was anything the can do for the inconvenience of me having to drive down the hill to get the correct item I paid for the employee said no but what I can do is get you the correct shoe (as if that was an incentive). Anyway Macys please train your employees better. I love yalls store.
