What product?

I never received the product, once I picked up the items it was those plastic sticker bags. When I opened the bag it was another bag no sweat suit. I sent the picture to customer service and still never was sent a refund or replacement. The second bag wasn’t even sealed it was crazy. I now check my products at my pick up location before leaving, because of this incident.

Gave Up!

I ordered this outfit for my grandson for Christmas, unfortunately it was too big. I returned it at the Somerset Mall in Troy, MI. The salesperson informed me the smaller size, size 5, was not available in that color but it was in a black. I ordered it. When I received my order, it was a pair of Nike shorts and shirt size 4T?? I returned it to the Somerset Mall and received the worse service ever, too long for me to explain. The salesperson’s name was Cheryl, it wasn’t that she was rude, all the transactions she took me through was unnecessary. I finally insisted she just reorder the jogging outfit again. She proceeded to tell me it was now available in the gray in a size 5. She placed the order and asked me to verify my address. I told her my apartment number wasn’t on there, which I had given to her 3 times, she said the computer wouldn’t let her put the apt number on the order. I have ordered from Macy’s for years and my apt number has always been added. I didn’t want to argue or cancel the order, I told her I would call Customer Service when I got home. I called customer service, they told me it was passed 30 mins after I placed the order and nothing could be done. The last thing, 2 days later I received an email saying the item was not available…I give up!

Boys love them

I normally just buy the sweatshirt but I saw the set and I bought them for the boys size 5 and size 6 true to size they wash well the color stays true what can I say? It’s Nike best purchase I buy them every other year.
