The Worst Customer Service Experience

My daughter was happy with Tennis shoes as her Birthday present. But the Customer service from the female and male employee that day and time when I purchased the Tennis in the Montebello Finish Line was the worse that I experienced. I work across the mall at Kaiser Permanente as a Nurse and after my long hard work shift and went to go purchase my daughters present. I thought it would be an easy fast purchase, but it was like a nightmare never ending. The male employee at the Finish line Montebello, stated I had to purchase the tennis shoes on my phone because the sale price was thru Macys website and I had to show the receipt and proof that I paid for the Tennis shoes and walk up the elevator to 2nd floor to Macys returns and after waiting in that line, then come back and show the finish line employee the receipt the returns department at Macys prints out the purchase I made to be given the Tennis. I spent over 1 hour so upset and angry tired from a long day of work to be treated so poorly from the Finish Line store. Gladly the manager from Macys 2nd floor was a blessing to help me and take the time to fix the mistakes from the Finish line store had done. I finally was able to take the Tennis shoes for my daughter, but that will be the last time I step foot into a Finish line store. My horrible experience was told to the many Nurses and Doctors I work with to avoid them experiencing the worst Customer Service.

Scratched easy 👎

The shoes were Synthetica and scratched easily. Also was the Nike swish, scratched, easily. Good looking shoes though and they’re all in the creased easily, but that’s 👍okay 😑😑
