Defective sneakers

Bought three weeks ago for my daughter Nike logo peeling off.I called Nike company they were no help and was advised to bring them back to Macys. Macys policy they don’t take back worn sneakers.

I love Nikes and all colors

I really like the shoe it was really white because I have a white foot so if it fantastic, but I would’ve gone down half the size knowing it was wider so if you have narrow feet stay at your regular size if you have white feet and sharp feet or half size down But they’re wonderful shoes very soft and comfy .

Nike box chewed

The box looks like it was chewed on by rodents. The lower part of the sneakers has spots and dirt from storage I suppose. I am really disappointed, especially since this is Macy's.

Other occasion to buy:Hard to order from. The app is trash. Customerservice is trash. Impossible to get ur refund. you are not even buying from maceys but just thru maceys. I will never order anything thru maceys again. Worst mistake ever.

Maceys app and ordingering online is trash hard to order from costumer service is even worse and they don't help with anything.impossible to get a refund from ur online order cuz ur not even buying from Macey but someone else through maceys. Been 10 day and still have not received my refund. I will never purchase anything from maceys again.
