Missing item

Very excited to receive email stating that package had been delivered just to have arrived home and box has been ripped opened and product taken from box I am completely disappointed and disgusted because not only do I not have my item but my outfit is now ruined and theses shoes are not at the local mall for purchase

Arrived used with STAINS

Disappointed in Macy’s after receiving this shipment. one shoe had hair (possibly animal?) inside, while the other has stains! It was loosely untied, not secure like new shoes usually are. Sending back. Thanks for the waste of time. Should not only be a refund, but a discount if i would’ve chosen a new pair. But I’ll shop elsewhere!
