Poor Customer Service

I am interested in seeing swatches for colors of the couch prior to purchasing and I cannot tell you how difficult Macy's has made this request. I've gone to a showroom on two different occasions and when asking for a swatch OR to see the couch in a different color, you would think I was asking with two heads - no one could comprehend my simple request. There is an option on the website to "order free swatches", but after entering all of my information, it would not submit. I called Customer Service, and after troubleshooting to no avail, they said someone would call me back. As you can guess...no one returned my call. So disappointed in Macys and their employees/customer service. Will be ordering elsewhere

Dove color is gray

Beautiful couch and material, but the Dove color is not white or cream, it is gray, we had to return it.
