Does not work

Bought this couple months ago and it never worked for weightloss/management even when following the directions exactly. It also did not help with sleep but it did help relax the body for a short time.An hour or two. I wouldn’t recommend as it does not do what it states.

Have been using this products for more than 6 months now, not sure it works but definitely help me with good sleep
