Customer service for MACYS are liars. No one takes

Item was never shipped I was told it was out of stock went to local store and they had 5 sets in stock. Very disappointed with the lies from customer service.

Very bad experience, Macy’s frauded me

Very bad experience, I bought this product in sale on a discount and Macy’s canceled my order and said item is no longer available. But they were still selling it on the website, I confirmed it by ordering it from a frnds account and they delivered it.
