Macy’s has gone down the drain
Wouldn’t know Fed Ex delivered to a different address and of course conveniently is was sold by a 3rd party and on a 1 day Macy’s Sale so no money back yet and if I want a new one I have to pay $300 more cause the sale is over.

Compressor has gone out
My unit stopped cooling and now has my wines at more than 70 degrees. Called customer service for troubleshooting and was told my compressor has likely gone out and needs replacing. The compressor is backordered for over a month. I read other reviews that mention they're replacement parts are on backorder. Seems like this might be a practice. I don't understand why they would not keep replacement parts in stock so that customers can get their items fixed as quickly as possible with less risk of ruining their wines.

Absolutely wonderful!!
Love my Newair Freestanding 28 Bottle Dual Zone Wine Fridge!!! It arrived packaged extremely well; all was secure and nothing out of place. It has been a dream! Especially the dual zone temperatures for white & red wines are great! It has been working great! Fits perfectly in my kitchen and makes it convenient to get a bottle of wine. I had a question on the light; however, "Fern" with Newair answered my question immediately and gave exact details on the steps to make it work! perfect instructions and fixed the light asap!!! Thanks Fern!!! I definitely will be looking into other projects with Newair. They have been great!! Thank you!!!

This fridge worked great...for 2 years. A temp sensor broke which caused the Compressor to burn out. Warranty is only a year, I now have a very heavy piece of garbage.

Barely lasted one year
We've had a number of wine coolers, still haveone that is over 5 yrs old. This one barely lasted over the warranty time of one year. Now won't cool, won't respond and won't reset - even with unplugging. I will never buy this brand again.

I would NOT buy this product again
Purchased 28 bottle dual zone in Nov '21. Lower unit compressor died in Jan '23. Was told unit could not be repaired and was out of warranty(by 2 mos) The best Newair could do would be to send a refurbished unit at my expense. That was not acceptable. Had a Wine Enthusiast fridge for 7 years before it died. Will gladly go back to Wine Enthusiast. Better product and support

AVOID at all costa
I purchased this fridge and had it for less than 5 months before it stopped working. I contacted Newair "customer service" and was initially told they would replace it. They reneged and refuse to replace or refund. They do not stand by their products. Bad service. Bad products. Bad business

Quiet 28 bottle dual zone wine fridge
We were very excited about this purchase after reviewing many other wine chillers and talking with friends about recommendations. The size, the fact that it is a dual zone chiller with adjustable shelves and extremely quiet made it the right purchase for us. While we were disappointed to discover that the light didn't work when it came, their customer service was very helpful and made sure the light was ordered right away. Installation was very easy. Several months later it started making some noticeable clicking sounds so we called Newair customer service again and received helpful customer service troubleshooting and diagnosing the problem.
