Waste of time

Bought this and waited over a week. They never shipped my order and then cancelled it and provided a refund. Waste of my time.

AC few parts are missing , it's portable AC right , windows hose is missing when i received delivery

Other occasion to buy:Ordered ac unit and never received, bought one from Costco instead.

Never received.

Order was never sent. Wasn't charged either. Don't know what happened. I don't see an email with an order status update so I'm not sure if it was canceled or not fulfilled yet. 1 star by default. Can't say if the unit is good or not

Cancelled order after purchasing for $69.99

My order got cancelled after Macys reduced the price to $69.99. Said they didn’t have anymore in stock on the day it was supposed to be delivered. So I have no idea how this AC is.
