Defective Zipper

Wish they’d taken a little more time in creating the product. It arrived with a defective zipper. I can’t close the bag.

LOVE THIS BAG

From reading previous review, I don't think this bag was made cheaply at all. For me it is a great size and I don't usually like bigger crossbody bags. It holds all of my essentials and still doesn't feel overly heavy. I thought it was a great value for price! The Green color is more beautiful in person than in Stock photo!
