Highly disappointed!!

When I opened the box the black shoes looked moldy all over. As if they were stored somewhere in an old attic. I was very disappointed that Macy’s would send merchandise in that condition to a customer. I had to wash my hands twice after touching the shoes. As I didn’t want any unnecessary germs on me. I immediately returned the shoes to my local Macy’s store for a full refund. Not happy at all with that purchase.

disappointed

The shoes came in it’s original undamaged box. These shoes are sooo dirty covered in dust, dust lint, and webs. I held them and my finger prints were visible. I called customer service and all they wanted to do is credit my account and repurchase the item. Unacceptable and does not meet Macys standards. Extremely disappointed. I want the person who packed my shoes fired! The person does not appreciate having a job.
