do not buy unless you love it!

I had to return the shoes as they didn’t look good on me but unfortunately I had a horrible experience from the seller not wanting to pay me back my refund by marking my returns incomplete. First of all you cannot return their items at Macy’s and you have to send them through UPS. I did everything I was asked to do and then emailed the seller. I never got a reply and it has been a week now. So disappointing.
