Lackadaisical customer service!

I purchased a duel color and size, returned BOTH and not received credit from or acknowledged from Macy's. Use caution as their system doesn't respond in a professional manor. IE., One lost client!

very bad quality please don’t buy this one

very bad quality please don’t buy this one because you will lost your money. I had one. i used it 2 times only and roped and I called to run it they told me I can’t return it because was more then one month

Dont waste your money. wore them maybe 6 times and sole came off in one of them. total trash

ordered on 11/26 . I like the look . comfortable and stylish . However the sole ripped from the boot in about a month . very disappointed
