Broke first usage before we even left

The rivets in the retractable handle separated from the vertical sliding rods the very first time we used it before we checked in our luggage.

Other occasion to buy:Experienced issues with TSA lock and suitcase durability. Warranty coverage not great

Can’t really recommend Delsey luggage

Average at best. Zipper and TSA lock an issue. Warrant in the US not great. Best to look at other options in similar price range.

Total disappointment

I purchased this luggage for overseas cruise. Upon packing for the trip, the inside compartment zipper broke (I was very careful not to overstuff). The outside zippers did not operate smoothly either. Overall, the quality was poor and even looked cheap. Delsey is a total disappointment with this product.

The zipper is broken

The tsa zipper pull was broken on my first flight on my first use. I was so worrried using it back since I could not lock it anymore. I am unable to return it since it’s over 30 days now after my vacation. Such a waste of money!
