Make them even better.

These shoes are very comfortable . I wear size 15 and over the years have had several pairs.. The tops have been very durable but the bottoms have sometimes come unglued.I would recommend changing glue. I just recently bought a pair for walking.

When I walk I sound like a traffic cop.

Pros: Decent, comfortable shoe. I only wear New Balance so after having only worn the 517's for years I had to find a new model when they were discontinued. The 608's are really the only cross trainers with a similar price point. Cons: I wish the leather version came in a larger variety of colors as I'm not a fan of the versions that come in suede. Also, the shoe seems to have a little more height/extra leather than usual around mid foot which results in folds on the inside of the shoes below the 3rd eyelet.

Highly recommended!

When I was 15 my podiatrist recommended New Balance. I have been wearing them since!!! I have been wearing the 608's for well over 10 years!! my favorite go to sneaker. perfect fit. I have never had to "break them in" like other brands. Put them on, good to go!
