Horrible quality

I bought these a few years ago with the worry no more warranty. Although these are a beautiful design the quality of these couches is horrible. The wood underneath the armrest broke 3 times, the electrical recliner stopped working and they came out to fix it. The couch itself started peeling and I was told it’s not covered under the warranty. I feel very disappointed for the price I paid for the couches and the worry no more warranty.

left recliner defective

We had to change left end recliner 3 times in 1 year because the Cushion seat gave way and started sinking . even now it's sinking and we are out of warranty.

Poor design

Be aware this sectional has manual headrest! We purchased without visiting Macy's Furniture Department and had it shipped white glove delivery to a new home. Leather seating cushions are not high-density cushions as stated. Because not being high density seating you literally sink into this sectional making it difficult getting in & out easily from the seating. The leather chase spring foundation squeak. The leather is no longer tight to the seating cushions after 2+ months. Only thing positive, both recliners recline, and the sectional looks beautiful. Over-all a disappointment purchase from Macys.

Great Purchase

I Purchased this couch to fit my semi awkward rectangle living room. I made the measurements prior to making the purchase at it fit my living room like a glove. I really appreciate the option to move the recliners where I want them to be, i understand that the recliners on the end cannot be moved but the option to move the recliner in the middle of the couch is great. I don’t allow my children or the dog to horse play on the couch and it holding just fine. I am very pleased with my purchase and Macys had the better deal than Regency and Ashley’s furniture.

Horrible Do not Buy. Do Not Buy Worry No More Plan

After 6 months the chaise arm started sagging. The recliners conk out after 2 years. Tears form and when I contacted the warranty they say its normal wear and tear. They gave me the run around for months. Not worth it . Go to Ashley furniture, or Raymour Flannigan. Heck, at this point go to BOB's the quality is not there in this set especially for the price.

Pleasantly surprised!

Just bought this for my summer home. It fits in to my room so well that people ask me if it’s custom made. It’s more of a beautiful light taupe, less gray than in picture, which I liked. It has a awesome textured leather look. Its pretty neutral, goes with any color scheme, can be dressed up or down. It’s easy to clean, durable, not too cold when sat on. The power recliners work-beautifully so you can customize to your preference. Its seats a ton of people without being claustrophobic. It has two recliners, a corner peace and a chaise lounge, making a lot of super comfortable seats. It’s not too firm but you don’t sink in and get lost.I’m loving it!

A two time owner that's done

I bought one in 2018 and the lumbar cushions failed after five years, there is a metal bar beneath it making it extremely uncomfortable. In addition the headrest coloring peeled and faded. Having purchased a warranty on another recliner years back that they just refused to fix, I didn't bother this time given the high cost. I figured five years was a good run so got it again, this time the lumbar cushion failed in under a year and the headrest coloring faded and peeled within a few months. At this point I might try to get it re stuffed or just get a new brand entirely. I wouldn't get this brand because the quality has clearly dropped even though the price went up.
