Read reviews and all that; expected a decent back pillow. It’s not. Did not fluff up as noted, put it in dryer to speed up as noted, minimal improvement, returning.

Lumpy

The pillow was smashed in the box. It said to fluff it up…doesn’t work. Looks terrible and feels lumpy!!

Christmas Gifts

A bit difficult to get the foam rubber to expand. Fabric looks quite wrinkly. Hoping granddaughters love them. The colors, blue heave and teal, are lovely!

Just received. What a rip off. No support, flimsy just poorly made. Macy's used to stand for quality - What has happened?? it seems that I return more products opposed to keeping them.

Foam with hard backing

I was so disappointed with this backrest. The foam inside the pillow has hard edges and makes it extremely uncomfortable. It is very difficult to return because it was came vacuum packed and I can’t get it back into the box.
