Comfortable

Disappointed Again

I did not receive the neck pillow. I instead received a tiny shirt with candy canes on it with "JCP" stickers all over it.

Terrible in many ways

It is not firm at all. The cover is extremely slippery and the pillow doesn't even stay put under the neck. It keeps slipping from under the head. The zipper is placed along its horizontal axis and since the pillow rolls and doesn't stay put, the zipper ends up touching the neck, so basically this thing is not usable as a pillow.

Packaging is bad

I ordered 6 neck pillows for gifting. 2 pillows were not in the box. It wasn’t even labelled. No brand name or anything. I can’t even tell if they are extra firm or just the regular one. How am I suppose to give them as gifts when they are not in the box? How can the recipients know what are those for?
