Ordered almost a week ago and has not yet arrived. Capsules are always great but Macy’s online delivery seems subpar. Not yet delivered and already getting this survey for feedback on the product - something is not in sync.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first.
