Quick and Simple
I love this machine! It is so easy to use. The water reservoir is easy to get to and refill with no fuss. It's also easy to clean because of how it's designed. The used pod holder is also well designed in that the used pods are held in a space that has allows any liquids to evaporate so there aren't any smells that come from the machine. I love that I don't have to touch the pods after they are used and that they are completely recyclable. The sample box of available coffees was fantastic! Reordering is also easy and our order was quick to arrive at our door! Of course the biggest draw is the coffee is perfect every time!

Stopped going to Starbucks
The coffee Vertuo makes is amazing. I love the Solieo and Dark Chocolate as my 1st and 2nd cups in the morning The new Vanilla Decaf is really great too. I drink my coffee black and the richness of Nespresso coffee really makes a difference; it's rich and lovely, not bitter. I've pretty much stepped going to Starbucks; even when I'm out and a about, I generally have a Nespresso with me and drive right on by. So you could say I'm saving money...Any rate great coffee and superb machine. It's easy to maintain too.

Love this product it cleans very easily. I like the milk frothing and the brewing options. Noise is not too loud at all. Coffee has never been better with this product. Highly recommend.

So far so good!
It's only been a month, but so far the machine is working flawlessly. Our last Nespresso unit (can recall exact model) lasted about two years before it died. Hoping this simpler machine lasts longer..
